All students, regardless of ethnicity, may apply for the Because History Matters scholarship. This program is designed to reward local students in the company’s market areas for their dedication, hard work and outstanding academic achievements.

The scholarship will provide tuition assistance to graduating seniors enrolling in a junior college, four-year institution or an accredited technical college in the fall of 2017. Recipients will be selected based on eligibility, an original essay, academic achievement, leadership and financial need.
